Services

Coach Nash TnT provides workplace mediation, conflict resolution, coaching, and training services. All services are subject to individual service agreements that outline specific terms, scope, and fees.

Engagement Process

Initial consultations are provided to assess needs and determine appropriate services. Formal engagements begin upon execution of a service agreement and receipt of any required deposits.

Confidentiality

All mediation proceedings are confidential. Parties agree not to call the mediator as a witness in any legal proceedings related to the mediated dispute.

Limitation of Liability

Coach Nash TnT provides facilitation and coaching services but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Mediation is a voluntary process, and the resolution of disputes depends on the willingness of all parties to participate in good faith.
